EuroSkills 2016 – Go Switzerland!

Things will soon be heating up for the best of the young Swiss apprentices when they meet up with Europe’s top talent at the EuroSkills Competitions 2016 in Gothenburg. From 1st to 3rd December nine young Swiss aces will test their skills against 500 other young people from 30 different countries throughout Europe, competing for medals and honours.

They will be diligently building, plastering, papering and decoratively painting walls, installing electrical installations, covering roofs in metal cladding, cutting floor panels to size and laying down parquet, repairing agricultural machinery, and applying make-up to models’ faces.

To make sure the members of Team Switzerland are ideally prepared for the EuroSkills Competitions 2016 and able to perform to the best of their abilities, all the materials they need have already been shipped to Sweden in advance. On 29th November the Swiss participants will then follow via plane to Gothenburg.
